Key Holding and Alarm Response on the Isle of Wight
Key holding and alarm response is one of our primary roles and we pride ourselves on our secure approach to this side of the business.
When you entrust us with your keys they are stored in a secure cabinet and number coded so that no one outside our company knows which property your keys belong to. When the key is required it is recorded that the key has been removed and you will be notified in writing of the reasons.
We can even meet your nominated member of staff at the premises to accompany them while the building is checked. Responding to an alarm activation at 3 O`clock on a Sunday afternoon is one thing. Responding to an activation at 3 O`clock in the morning is something else. There are real safety issues and for a small cost any risk can be significantly reduced.
We hold full and comprehensive insurance for loss of keys and replacement locks in the event of lost keys and this is available upon request to potential clients.
If you have a monitored alarm system all that is needed is for you to update that company that we are the key holders. If your system is a stand alone audible system then Hampshire Police operate the Hampshire Constabulary key holder registration scheme which is a simple registration process and the Police will notify us of any alarm activation when reported to them.
We respond to any alarm activation within the agreed times, usually within 20 minutes of being notified and follow the agreed process set out by you.
